The amazing strength of healthy eating habits. The human body contains over 100 trillion cells. It is estimated that there are about 100,000 cell types making up those cells and that there are around 20 to 50 different types of cells that stem from stem cells that we all carry in our bodies. The basic function of a stem cell is to divide and multiply into new cells so that you can grow a new tissue or organ to replace one that has been damaged.

When it comes to healthy eating habits, we see a common theme throughout the book—adults want to have healthy food, but they also want to eat what they want, whenever they want. That’s why many of them are also trying to lose weight, which they find difficult. They include the poor food choices that have become the norm, the sedentary lifestyles that have become so prevalent, and the almost complete lack of physical activity in everyday life.
